1. Scan or photo of a valid ID Card (both sides) — state issued ID card, driver’s licence or residence permit.
2. A good quality photo showing your face with your ID card and a piece of paper with the words “CPT POINT” plus the current date, both ID card and paper held at face level to be clearly seen.
