The support service answers all questions within its competence. If you do not receive a response, please check your Promotions, Spam and Alerts folders in your email. If you find the email, move it to your Inbox and mark it as not spam.
Write an email to the support service or send a request from your personal account (this is the preferred method).
Open the last letter from the mailing list and follow the “Change settings” link at the end of the letter.
